You are looking at over 40 years of experience in the senior living industry.
Tina Weller, Director of Ashton Place, (pictured on the left) began her career in working with seniors as an Activities Director. Tina immediately developed a passion for working with seniors and as a result furthered her education receiving a B.S. in Management. Working in management in an environment where the lifestyle of seniors is supported and enhanced is her "cup of tea". "I've been helping seniors for over 30 years and have loved every minute of it!"
Connie Lapresi, Accounting and Human Resource Manager (pictured in the middle), has worked at Ashton Place for 6 years. Her expertise in accounting and human resourses has resulted in "smooth sailing" for Ashton Place. Connie has the rare mix of being a "numbers" person as well as a "people" person. Residents enjoy stopping into Connie's office to peek at her Adirondack theme.
Robin Rishel, (left),our Resident Services Manager has worked at Ashton Place for 6 years. Robin wears many hats and juggles numerous responsibilities. Her number one priority is the safety and well-being of our residents. Families appreciate her keeping them informed about their loved ones who reside here. If you hear laughter at Ashton Place, it most likely originated from our Reception Desk where Robin "directs traffic" and runs interference.
