Dining & Menus
At Ashton Place our chefs take pride in providing a unique fine dining experience. From our scratch- made soups to our wonderful desserts, nearly everything is made by hand using only the finest ingredients. Our menu offers many choices daily, and features elegant fare such as prime rib and roasted lamb, as well as all time comfort food favorites such as meatloaf and chicken and biscuits. Every day our menu features two entrée choices, a vegetarian option, as well as two starch and vegetable choices. Our daily desserts include our main choice and a sugar free option, plus a selection of other treats including fresh baked cookies and many flavors of ice creams. To help keep our residents healthy, our chefs use a very limited amount of fats, oils, and salt in their recipes, as well as lean meats whenever possible. Although we offer so many choices daily, our kitchen staff is always willing to meet with residents to tailor our meals to suit each resident’s preferences. Meet our Chefs
Jason Conrad has been the Foodservice Manager/ Chef at Ashton Place for over 6 years. With nearly 15 years of culinary experience and a background in fine dining restaurants, Jason has worked in some of the areas top restaurants, including the Phelps Hotel, Casa de Pasta, and the Lodge at Bristol Harbour. Always accessible to the residents of Ashton Place, Jason is very happy to share his love of food, answer questions, and do whatever it takes to ensure the satisfaction of his guests.
Our Sous Chef, Jesse Harvey has worked in the foodservice industry since becoming a dishwasher at the age of 15. He has worked many jobs in foodservice, most recently as the Executive Sous Chef at the Lodge at Bristol Harbour. Jesse takes great pride in serving the Residents of Ashton Place the best food possible, and is always happy to go the extra mile to make sure our residents enjoy their meals..
