More News & Updates...

On Friday, November 6, a gorgeous sun filled day, the Romeos piled into the limo for a trip into Pittsford, NY. They chose the scenic route of Route 96 over the quickest route - the NYS thruway. Along the way, Ginny and Amy pointed out various landmarks and businesses. The Romeos enjoyed cider and apple pie a la mode at Ginny's house. Afterwards, Amy drove us past George Durkee's former house on Winding Road in Pittsford where George resided for 40 years. We then drove past the "mushroom houses" and fish hatchery in Powdermill Park. We had a great time and learned many things about the wonderful lives of our Romeos. See pictures below.
The Romeos spent the afternoon watching a Pitts bi-plane fly at the Canandaigua airport. Many of our Romeos flew in World War II and very much enjoyed this outing. Hanging out in the hangar and talking about the "old times" brought back many memories. See photos below!
